Low levels of body fat may lead a menstruator to miss ovulation.
About 22 percent of body fat is at least required for ovulation every month,
and you should have normal periods regularly. If not, then menstruators won't
have regular periods and will miss ovulation. Low body weight can lead to
anemia as well, which in turn leads to heavy bleeding, or menorrhagia.
In such circumstances, in

If you have less body weight then you can face problems while
conceiving as well, because of irregular ovulation. A decrease in body weight
can also be the cause of missed periods.
